Classes

At our Ball4training facility & online we try to promote variety not only in nutrition but in our workouts as well. We understand that everyone has a different style of working out they like so we try & give everyone options.

Fitness Bootcamp

One of our most popular classes. A mix of strength, cardio and core it’s the best fit for someone looking to just get a good full body workout.

Runners Bootcamp

Really into running, whether it be 5k or a marathon? This is the class for you. Learn not only how to run the right way, but how to train the right way to be a runner.

Cardio Boxing

Boxing basics mixed with cardio, core & strength. Boxing is great stress reliever & cardio workout. It's also good for your core and hand eye coordination.

Fitness Fusion

Fusion classes are when we take two different formats and mixed them together in one class. It’s a fun way to shake up your normal workout.

Basics of Strength

This class is designed to not only give you a good workout, but teach you the very basics of machine, dumbbell and band strength so you can feel comfortable when you go to the gym on your own or workout from home.

TRX Dynamics

TRX straps are a great way to work on strength and balance using a low impact formula & body weight. Perfect for those looking to get results with out the vigor of the heavy weights or hard cardio.

Ball360 Kids Fitness

We created Ball360 to give kids a foundation to work on core strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and more to teach them about fitness & nutrition.

Private Training

We offer personal training for 1-on-1 or private group training. Whatever your life time fitness goal require, we can customize your training.

Live On Social Media

From the comfort of your home you can watch our trainers, help you workout live with instructions on strength, cardio and core.
