Everyone is need of strength training but a lot of us just don’t know if they are doing it right or don’t feel comfortable doing it by themselves.

This class is designed to not only give you a good workout, but teach you the very basics of machine, dumbbell and band strength so you can feel comfortable when you go to the gym on your own or workout from home.

5:00am-10:30am & 3:30pm-8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am-11:00am
Sunday: 8:00am-11:00am
