Boxing is great stress reliever & cardio workout, not to mention good for your core and hand eye coordination.
We like to format our Boxing classes for cardio, not that you are going to learn how to fight in the streets but instead learn how to take that built up aggression and let it out progressively with a good cardio boxing class. Basics of boxing mixed in with cardio, core and strength.
