Really into running, whether it be 5k or a marathon? This is the class for you.

Running is not just about going out and running as far as you can as hard as you can with no plan, no goal and no proper training of how to run.

Runners Bootcamp is a great way for not only beginners but for professionals to work on this running skill and get better at their weaknesses. A lot of runners are afraid of weights but the stronger the runner strength wise the better.

Learn not only how to run the right way but how to train the right way to be a runner.
